About this speaker
Alex Smith is a project manager with Homeless Link’s Innovation and Good Practice Team. Alex joined Homeless Link in August 2019 to work on the Housing First England project and previously worked as operational lead for the Fulfilling Lives Newcastle Gateshead (FLNG) multiple complex needs programme.
Alex currently leads on Housing First England’s practice development and is passionate about supporting Housing First teams to develop and deliver high fidelity Housing First services. Alex has a particular interest in community integration and the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model, having previously implemented one of the first CTI pilots in the UK with FLNG.
