About this speaker
Pam has been the Chief Executive of The Connection at St Martin’s since April 2017. Since her appointment, she has launched an ambitious five year strategy and implemented a new service model based on principles of co-production and a strength-based approach – ensuring the organisation works with clients, not just for them.
Pam has worked in the homelessness sector since 2003, and was previously Chief Executive of London-based Providence Row, as well as Deputy Chief Executive of Edinburgh Cyrenians.
