Sarah Sweeney is Policy and Communications Manager at Friends, Families and Travellers (FFT) which is a national charity that works on behalf of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities. Sarah leads the organisation’s health policy work, in particular their work on the VCSE Health and Wellbeing Alliance which is funded by the Department of Health and Social Care, Public Health England, NHS England and NHS Improvement.
