About this speaker
Vicky Album is an Innovation and Good Practice Manager at Homeless Link. She is currently working on putting together our Strengths Based Practice Toolkit and also works on the London PLUS project, providing support to services across the Capital. Prior to this she managed the National Day Centres Project.
Vicky has been working in the homelessness sector for over 20 years primarily as an outreach worker and in day centres and has also done stints in night shelters, hostels and as a tenancy support worker. Main inspiration : the transformative power of strength-based working and co-production!
